PREMIER DATE SET: NOT FOR SALE

The first of THREE FILMS aimed at educating the public on the growing issue of human trafficking is set to premier during Human Trafficking Awareness month on January 26, 2023, at the City of Destiny Church in Apopka, FL.
NOT FOR SALE AMERICA is an intense true to life film series from JCFilms and The Lifeboat Project starring actor Dean Cain. Each of these films depict true stories of human trafficking crimes. The goal of these films is to make our communities safer, more informed and vigilant to this growing epidemic in human trafficking.
“Last year a group of Florida actors & filmmakers have vowed to keep making films until every sex trafficker is run out of Florida. We’re excited about hosting this red-carpet event with Dean Cain to celebrate their accomplishments”, says Jason Campbell, President of JCFilms.
The first film set to be release is entitled: NOT FOR SALE: FLORIDA and depicts how the hospitality industry in Florida is winning the battling against sex-trafficking. From the Uber drivers to the hotel clerks, true stories on how the service industry is working with law enforcement to end this pervasive evil.
Campbell reminds us that Florida is ranked number-three in America in sex trafficking, but he believes several films on the subject will make a difference. “Films change the culture, and we’re going to keep making films until we change the culture on human trafficking in Florida,” Campbell continued.
“I am thrilled to be given the chance to co-produce this project with [JC Films President] Jason [Campbell] and Dean. I think conveying the truth about this crime against humanity, while also honoring the survivors is what our community needs,” Jill Bolander Cohen, CEO/Founder of The Lifeboat Project, said.
